Just so everyone knows -
This is Alstroph and The Minsiter's metal band. We recorded this demo 6 months ago and it's a bit out of date. The members are:
Eric - Vocals
Jon - Guitar
Alstroph - Guitar
The Minister - Keyboards/Bass
Thanks for listening

I have to say that I'm loving the odd juxtaposition of the melodic keys combined with the throat ripping vocal. And whoever is playing that guitar solo is a maniac! This was the best spam I ever got!

This song opens up like somebody jumping in front uf you unexpectly, from around a corner and shoving a circular saw into your skull.Awesome tone and grind. The different guitar sounds compliment each other perfectly. One is real crisp and trebly (not TOO trebly) and the other is gutteral (right out of the gutter?)and warm and evil. The synth is a nice touch, for me it's reminiscent of Helloween in some respects( sorry, that's just my age showing), but with death-style Phil Anselmo vox (very nice)I always loved speed metal, but waut...this has a very cool breakdown @ about 1:04. The sound of the synth is nice and dreamy (and spooky). ALl in all, great fucking, powerful tune and tight licks guys...

I love the synths. There is some real kickass keyboard stuff going on.
Would love to hear this with a real drummer, can't wait til you guys find one.
The guitar stuff is fantastic. Great progressions.
The vocalist is good at this; I'm rarely able to get into stuff with vocals done this way; I'd love to hear some singing to go along with the my-throat-should-hurt stuff.
And finally -- it's a very cool song. Well done guys.

Loving the vocals, the synth is a nice touch but not something I would personally have in there - it kinda distracts from the raw guitars and brutal vocals (unless that was the intended effect!): loving the progression of the guitar in parts, bass line follows well. Can't wait to hear the final demo.

Very good listen!!Bring that bass up,put the drums in the middle with slight cymbal panning(L-R).Center the vox,and split the guitars.Mix is subjective so as I listen to this track thats what I hear. The double kicks and general drum fills are awesome.Good compression on the mix.The key solo was very nice but a bit to nice!Maybe a warping like effect would suite this better.Guitar sounds a little to PC like for my taste but the execution was great.Theres some good synth back drop going on it works well.
